New types of insulating tapes feature very good insulation properties, resistance, excellent adhesion and last but not least also a very convenient price.
In our product range can be found new types of insulating and other technical tapes of Electrix brand. In order to give you an easy orientation in them, we bring you their short description:
Type 202
Professional highly elastic insulating tape from a plastified PVC, 0.19 mm thick with up to 49 kV/mm isolation strength. Resistant to moisture and dissolvents. Binder of the tape is based on the synthetic rubber and features an excellent adhesion. Applicable at -10 to + 85°C. The tape is 15mm wide and 20 m long.
Type 211
Universal insulating tape from a plastified PVC, 0.13 mm thick. Resistant to moisture and dissolvents. Binder of the tape is based on the synthetic rubber and features an excellent adhesion. The tape is available in 5 widths, from 15 to 50 mm. In stock we keep the 15 mm wide and 10 m long type.
Type 223
Self-vulcanizing water-resistant PIB based insulating tape, 0.76mm thick. Quickly vulcanizes and features up to 13,8 kV/mm isolation strength. Maximum dilatation is up to 600%. The tape is also ideal for insulation of thin cables in a wide temperature range from -30 to +80°C. It is available in 4 widths, from 19 to 50 mm. In stock we keep the 19 mm wide and 3.5 m long type.
Type 111
Universal grey textile tape for binding of materials, insulations, sealing and fastening. Water-resistant and well adapting to uneven surface. The tape is usable up to +90 °C, strong, with an immediate adhesion. Thanks to a textile reinforcement, it is applicable even without cutting tools (the tape can be torn in a perpendicular direction). Available in 25, 35 and 50 mm widths. In stock we keep the 50 mm wide and 9 m long type.
Type 302
Aluminium self-adhesion tape with a binder based on a modified rubber. Suitable for sealing, masking and assembly of insulations, in the air-conditioning and heating appliances. The tape has a high mechanical resistance, excellent adhesion and doesn´t peel off at low temperatures. A relatively soft aluminium foil easily adapts to uneven surface. Also acts as a good moisture barrier. Available in 5 widths, from 30 to 100 mm. In stock we keep the 48 mm wide and 10 m long type.
Type 511
Double-sided foam tape. Universally usable for installation of various components. With a 1mm thickness, it easily adopts to uneven surface. In stock we keep the 25 mm wide and 5 m long type.
Type 521
Thin double-sided tape. Universally usable on various for various materials and also for example at a production process – for a temporal fixing of a component for an easy subsequent application of a glue or sealant.
