    Microcontrollers are still the most interesting chips ever.I always used to think that they would become old fashioned like all the other integrated circuits but they are still fun to work on. The best thing that I like about them is that they have many small soldered bonds that need to be handled very carefully. Whenever I make any kind of a chip for my projects I make sure that I get help from http://www.s-bond.com/index.htm though because you can easily destroy a circuit with sloppy soldering.
