17,5 mm/ 22,5mm but also 35mm – in these width is available well-proven series of DIN-rail enclosures Euroclamp CEM17, CEM22 and CEM35, which was introduced to you in our article Gain more space on the DIN rail with housings Euroclamp CEM22.
Enclosures are delivered “complete”, i.e. including a Din rail holder and the top cover. The only, what´s necessary to buy (depending on a target application) are connectors (terminal blocks) labeled as ML25x, i.e. ML252, ML253 and ML254 or PV02 pin headers (PV03, PV04) dedicated for SH02 plug-in connectors (SH03, SH04).
Novelties in our offer are terminal blocks ML253-5-D-LI and ML253-5-S-LI suitable for CEM35 enclosures. From recent types of the ML253 series they differ only in somewhat longer pins (to be soldered into a PCB), what enables them to “lay” directly on a PCB (no need to make a cut-out for a connector).
Enclosureshave a UL 94 V-0 flammability and they are of a grey color RAL7035, other colors upon request. Upon request also imprinting and housings modification are available. Switching of three-phase motors or a realization of a sophisticated installation is a breeze with industrial relays Finder.
As we know, a relay is a very versatile component, able to realize also various “sequential” circuits, when for example by switching one relay we´ll switch on a target device and at the same time we´ll enable (or disable) switching of another relay. In these case, it´s an often demand for a relay to have a sufficient number of poles. Majority of such “logic” circuits can be realized even with a common 1-2 pole relays, but it´s not always economical and it also brings another costs for solution of supplying and protection of logic circuits.
- Finder 55 – miniature industrial relay for a PCB or for socket, 2-4 poles, 7-10A (switching current up to 20A), 250/400VAC,
- Finder 60 – a more robust industrial relay for a socket, 2-3 poles, 10A (switching current up to 20A), 250/400VAC,
In the series 55 can be found types which can be soldered directly into a PCB (without a socket) or to insert into some of many available sockets (for PCB, with soldering pins or on a DIN rail). Types from series 60 need to be inserted into a socket (for PCB, with soldering pins or on a DIN rail). Naturally, for eventual repair/maintanance, it´s much better to use a socket. In our portfolio you can also find a DIN rail socket for the ultra slim relay Finder 34 series. It enables to use various relays thus to simply adapt an interface module to a given application.
From nowadays offer of relay interface modules, it is already no problem to choose a type meeting requirements of a given application. But if you need to change a configuration of a device, it is often convenient to change only a relay type. Series 93.01 socket enables this easily, because the protection and indication circuit is designed for a wider range of input voltages. This enables to use a 5V, 12V and 24V Finder relays 34.51 series. A green indication diode indicates presence of a control voltage and the protection circuit protects relay against reverse voltage and suppresses voltage spikes appearing at its switching off. When using 93 series socket, it is even possible to use an AC voltage to supply a DC coil of a relay.
Finder 34 series relays are ultra slim 6A relays with a sensitive DC coil. High 6kV isolation provides a safe disjunction of relay coil from contacts. Finder 34.x can be mounted directly to a PCB, via a PCB socket or to a DIN rail by means of the above mentioned socket. In some applications can also be convenient relatively short switching times – 5/3 ms.

With a powerful relay interface module Finder 48 series you can control devices reliably and digestedly directly from a distribution box.
Very often used centralized control of devices from a distribution box via relay interface modules offers several benefits. This solution enables for example a transparent and quick installation, simple functionality test and easy changes in configuration if necessary. To place switching elements to a DIN rail can in many cases substantially increase the immunity to disturbances. It is thanks to the fact, that when a relay interface module is placed in a distribution box near a controlling electronics, wires leading to the module are very short. By this we avoid parallel layout of control wires with other power-line wires, often few tens of meters long, from which a current able to switch on a relay could be inducted in extreme cases.

Finder 48 are powerful relay interface modules in versions with one or two changeover contacts. They are available with a coil for DC or AC voltage as well as with screw or screwless terminals.
