Murata SimSurfing Tool

Murata SimSurfing Design Support Software is a free website design tool which provides information and data for selecting electronic components. The SimSurfing tool has three main features: Draws graphs by simple operation - Provides highly accurate data - Offers substantial search functions. This tool allows parts to be searched by part number, or partial part number, and parametrics to analyze parts for temperature rise, impedance values, and more. Standard and technical datasheets can be downloaded directly from the SimSurfing tool. SimSurfing web version:

Murata's DC-DC converter design selection tool

The new DC-DC converter tool is equipped with a function that enables the high-speed simulation of DC-DC converter behavior. The tool performs high-speed analysis and representation of the actions and performance of DC-DC converters (a-c above) by inputting the minimum parameters such as the input and output voltages, switching frequency, inductance and capacitance. This makes it easy for an engineer to select optimal inductors and capacitors for the task at hand, resulting in a substantial shortening of the overall design time. The software works on your browser.

Power Dissipation vs Die Temp Calculator

A calculator for estimating junction temperature from power dissipation and packaging/heatsink characteristics. Calculator works on browser.

Instrumentation Amplifier Diamond Plot Tool X

Instrumentation amplifier datasheets typically show a graph (or several variations) of the Output Swing vs Input Common-Mode Voltage, also known as the Diamond Plot, which is a comprehensive graph of all external and internal headroom limits. Given enough basic information about a circuit, the Diamond Plot can be adjusted for various Supply Voltages, Gains, and Reference Pin Voltages. Software works on browser.

Analog Photodiode Wizard X

Use Photodiode Wizard to design a transimpedance amplifier circuit to interface with a photodiode. Select a photodiode from the library included in the tool, or enter custom photodiode specifications. Quickly observe tradeoffs between Bandwidth, Peaking (Q), and ENOB/SNR. Modify circuit parameters, and immediately see results in plots for pulse response, frequency response, and noise gain. Software works on browser.
