 :ohi guys., im new hir., im luzell, 3rd yr college., i have dis project in my logic circuits subj., i have no idea how to start this design hope u cud help., here it goes.,

design a digital voltmeter using ICL7106 IC to measure the voltages in the ff ranges:
10mV to 100mV
100mV to 1V
1V to 10V

another one;

design an adder/subtractor circuit using FPGA
