Well, I aquired some electrodes for free off a friend who gets a lot of them, and I thought I could simply attach them to a 9v battery and get shocked.
But for some reason, they don't work when attached to a 9v. I don't know much about these electrodes, but they're your basic simple electrodes for electrode therapy that look like
this.Basically only one terminal per electrode (meant to be used in a pair), female connector.
I gently removed some of the plugs casing to expose the conductor which I connected each terminal from a 9v battery to. It didn't work.
These are meant for a TENS machine, but I checked, they work on 9v too and two electrodes are simply connected into the machine
like this, as you can see they are first connected to an ordinary adaptor and then to the machine.
Any suggestions on how to make these electrodes work is appreciated!
