what is problem my cordless phone ?
it is RX-ANT is correct but TX-INT is corrupt

I have a problem with my car.

Is it the battery that's bad or the ignition coil?

try to check op-amp ic to the reciever TX and check your phone

For the op-amp configuration, try to check the feedback network first, maybe the feedback pot (if there is) is not adjusted to the right value or it is open/broken already...if this is OK, your op-amp may be is at fault.
