sir i m shah mohammad i m student of BE i am doing make a project and project diagram i selected from ur web . my project name is digital clock i have a problem . i use ICL7017 maximum ic but i don't know the configuration of ic plz send me a configuration of ICL7017

Use a search engine suchg as Google to get the data sheet.

Goodness knows why you would want to use a volt meter IC in a clock project.
