can anyone please tell me which resistors have used in this circuit ??

It's a really badly drawn circuit which shows ICs as DIPs and resistors with colour codes rather than the propper symbols.

The resistor values can be deturmined by reading the colour code which can be found using Google.

ok i have found out the resistor values but what about the ICs ?

What do you mean? If you can't read the part numbers use your browser's zoom function..
