Hello I Need help with building a circuit...I need a Simple Flame Detector with I Guess a Pot. to adjust sensitivity, Voltage anywhere between 12-120v anything thats easily available to find in order to build, and I guess a relay to switch on/off power if Flame is not detected, any ideas?

Actually as i was thinking  I would need to be switching off a 24volt gas valve

Why not just use a thermocouple specifically designed for the purpose?
