I was wondering if anyone has tried to use a PC or Laptop as a Power Monitor for whole house power consumption and more specifically to measure the power consumption of individual electrical devices over a given time period.  Collection of the data and presenting it in a graphical format suitable for inclusion in a report is the end result desired.
