i have audio amplifier made with 2 * C828.
can you tell me which transistor use instead c828?

It is probably an Oriental 2SC828 transistor. Go to www.datasheetarchive.com to see its spec's and to see substitution guides.

can you tell me is a equalizer circuit can be amplifier circuit?
i have circuit that have very low output i dont know why

Hi Eplanet,
Your "equalizer" circuit is probably just a bass, midrange and treble tone controls circuit with a gain of only 1. It can cut its frequency bands, boost them or leave them flat.
It feeds a power amplifier that feeds a speaker.

You hyjacked this thread instead of starting your own thread.
The 2SC828 is an old Japanese transistor. Any low voltage low current transistor will probably work fine like a 2N3904 or a 2N2222.
