Hi buddy, so far, I haven't found any information that M51660L is an obsolete component. but it is indeed hard to find any datasheet. even mitsubishi (the manufacturer of the chip) has nothing on offer. but none the less I know two European distributors; one UK one Germany. they have M51660L on offer.
