  1. I am trying to come up with an id on these chips in order to retain a datasheet so far I’ve come up empty handed.
  2. There is a transistor right beside it. There is print on the board that identifies the junctions as E-C-B. This on the other hand lables the terminals I -G-O Input guround and output. so Im fairly certain it is a regulator. I just need to find out what voltage it is The numbers I gave you are correct however there is a chance the part has been relabled. I know this because I found some other components where Im positive that this was the case. However Im not sure with this one. The only thing I do know is that it is a TO-92 case regulator with the numbers I listed in the first post. If you're unable to find anything with those numbers I stongly suspect that this one has been relabled also. If so then there is not much that anyone will be able to do. Thanks for your time.
  3. I have a 3 pin regulator and have not had any luck comming up with an exact description of the part. All that Ive been able to establish is that it was made by National Semiconductor (it has thier logo) I checked thier website but came up empty handed. It is a TO92 case. the number layout is as follows. National semiconductor 105 (theres a line over top the first two digits) logo here CA 42 33192 these are all the numbers that are on the device. any help apreciated. thanks.
