I bought a JK Flip Flop IC (CD4027) to do the alternating, but cant find any wiring diagrams to help me, Could someone post one? Thanks. I want to make 2 LEDs flip flop.

How would I make these work together: and Thats what i want to make is the strobeing (top pic) and the flip flop (bottom pic) but together, how would i do that?

I have done some researching and seen a chip - LM3909, that is a LED flasher, but it is discontinued, does anyone have a cross-reference part # or any suggestions?

Does anyone know a chip I can buy that will make a LED, or light of some kind, flash about 50 miliseconds apart/ give or take. I'm making a wig / wag (flip / flop) circuit and I want to make them strobe like cop cars, alternating. Any help would be great. Thanks for your time, Josh
