I have been out of electronics for too long. Can someone point me to a definition to understand what a +/- powersupply is, and how you attain it? Specifically like a computer type switch mode ps, what does a +5 and -5 volt mean? And I dont mean the generic polarity of a trivial ps either;-> Thanks
