Hello any one have a ptv 430 chassis model 46np41fs01 philips 46 inch, I am tracking down a no start ,and thinking the resistor responsible for the base current to the horizontal driver(not HOT) is bad, can any one help with the diagram, thank you in advance for taking the time.
