  1. Certainly it doesn't work because the 2N3055 is not a PNP transistor. Perhaps It could work with a PNP transistor like TIP2955 but I am even not sure.
  2. I think this could be a philips BSR62 http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/B/S/R/6/BSR62.shtml
  3. Clearly there are a mistake, the + and - inputs are inverted no doubt is possible !
  4. Could be a MC34017-1 : http://www.freescale.com/files/timing_interconnect_access/doc/inactive/MC34017.pdf
  5. Yes, Vin+ can be regulated instead of V1. possibly a zener, better replace R3 by a 78LXX or TL431
  6. The precision of this circuit is limited by the transistor's Hfe because Ic is not egal to Ie a mosfet transistor will be better because Idrain = Isource also V1 should be regulated because if V1 drop by 1%, the current will drop also by 1%
  7. 160 + 60 = 220 if you connect O and A you get 220pF max
  8. yes SN72... are linear ICs I searched and found SN7216 don't exist all SN72... are SN72XXX (five digits) for example, SN72106 = LM106/206/306
  9. I think this could be a U666BS telefunken (TFK) prescaler http://www.alphacron.de/download/hardware/U666.pdf
