I am planing to use this meter: http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/test/014/ I have taken out one of the digits because my supply will never go about 99.9V

I have built a power supply using a 25.2v transformer and a LM317T variable voltage regulator. I am using the center tap on the transformer so there is another 12.6v available. My question is how would I add the digital panel meter project on this site into the circuit?
