Thanks audioguru . But I thought R7 and pot connect to the same pin of U3 and can't compare with each other (?) And what about C8 role here?! Thanks again... :)

Hello All. I am new to electronics, can anybody help me about some questions?! First i want to know how the voltage in output of U1 gradually increases till D8 turn on? I was wondering if anybody can help me to find klockner-moller's drives manual( about following type) or can give me some information about one of transistors in it's c card.because some body seperated it and i can't find any thing suitable to replace. type of inverter: amd31-460-61/76-300-k thans alot...
