    i use smartdraw but thats expensive (VERY, VERY good though) if your willing to fork out the cash... However it does schematics, house plans, graphics, etc...

    Try making your own - this saves money (not time) but it also is exactly how u want it :)

    Tinning should be VERY simple - just make sure you are using pre-fluxed solder (or have flux).
