  1. Check here: http://www.dannell.net/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=DE&Product_Code=121104 http://www.donberg.ie/descript/1/14745mhz.htm
  2. What exactly you want: 1) your phone number not to send to the person you call or 2) to block the incoming number (for displaying at the CallerID) that calls you?
  3. Take a look here: USB to EIDE Converter http://www.electronics-lab.com/forum/index.php?board=13;action=display;threadid=155;start=msg479#msg479
  4. What you need is two "infrared LEDs" as mozikluv noticed... they look like a common led diode in clear plastic or violet color (see attachment) but they emmite light you can't see with eyes because it's infrared... Is this helping you? Did you finally understund it?
  5. BU2050F 8-bit serial in, parallel out driver IC 74HC/HCT595 8-bit serial-in/serial or parallel-out shift register with output latches 74F164 8-bit serial-in parallel-out shift register
  6. Sure we would like to know how you went with this project :D Can you please make the corrections on schematic and post it here? I would be really greatfull if you could do this..
  7. Kasamiko, can you tell as what chips you ordered?
  8. Have you seen this? http://www.electronics-lab.com/forum/index.php?board=12;action=display;threadid=182
  9. The following circuit is an example how to get power from RS-232 serial port. It gives regulated +5V power for logic circuits and also unregulated positive and negative power supplies for RS-232 transmitting circuit. The circuit gives only few milliampres power output because the power available from serial port is limited (and resistors R1, R2 and R3 limit current more). more info can be found here: http://www.hut.fi/Misc/Electronics/circuits/rspower.html or here: http://www.designnotes.com/CIRCUITS/compser1.htm
  10. Take a look at the project I attach you: Wireless Liquid Level Sensing for Restaurant Applications It measures capacitance to determinate the liquid level of a glass and send the results wireless on a base station. It's quite interesting and i think you can take much ideas on how to convert it to fit your needs. Hope this turn you to the right direciton. Wireless_Liquid_Level_Sensing.pdf
  11. D965 seems to be equal to : 2SC3279 2SD965 2SD879 The manufacture is: http://www.wingshing.com/en/ maybe the rest has the same name 2SDxx.. give a search with the above name.. and post results..
  12. HAMEG send me the German manual which i upload here if anyone else need it: Hameg HM205-2 manual in german I am still searching the English
  13. Which is the relation between the number of the output transistors and the output voltage and current? If we put for example 2 output transistors in parallel, the output current we can draw is doubled (theoritically if the rest of the circuit can affort it)? shall we change the rectifier diodes or something else to something more powerfull? And what about the voltage?
  14. You are pretty lucky HA :D . Here is what i found: BT9151 is equivelant to UM9151 and it is a Pulse Dialer with direct Phone line operation. 4 * 3 matrix keyboard interface. Supply voltage range of 2 to 5.5 V. 22 digit redial memory. Selectable make/break ratio. High speed test capacity. and this is a usage schematic: I attach you also the UM9151 Datasheet UM9151-3.pdf
  15. Yes it is a good oscilloscope, but it is around 20 years old.. so there must not be an electronic version of the manual.. If i find it i will put it to the site! I have already e-mail manufacture.
  16. This link really doesn't work, but I found this: http://www.scientificindia.com/pdf/HM205-2.PDF accessing the folder http://www.scientificindia.com/pdf/ which unfortunatly isn't the manual but the specifications sheet. :(
  17. You are right.. I corrected the above links.. please retry.
  18. I attach you a datasheet for 1200P60, I am not completely sure if this is the right one.. check it.. About BT9151 I can't find anything.. can u give more info? what is it? NCP1200-D.PDF
  19. Yes I tried many sites (including manufacture's).. forums... groups etc.. and found nothing..
  20. I measured the AC voltage across the transformer at 1V/3A the output was a distorted sine with 32V amplitude and it goes till: 1,4V/4,4A where the output was also a distorted sine with 31V amplitude Is the transformer goes to current saturation? At these outputs except the Q4 also the rectifier diodes becomes hot.
  21. I attach it here also for fast view...
  22. After further investigation this can also be caused from OFFLINE browsers that download all the site. Important Notice: Don't use site rippers, copiers, downloaders or offline browsers. This kind of software causes overload and the site goes down!. Please respect this, otherwise your IP will be banned.
  23. Does anyone has a manual for that oscilloscope? I pay for a copy of it ;)
  24. The last two days (14-15 Jan) two IPs (already reported to their ISPs) attacked the site causing to go offline for some hours. Hope they find something else to play and leave us alone.
