hi i m new here . was srching 4 the transistor datasheet which can run a motor of 600mA . ITS A VERY BEGINNERS QUESTION . but i don knw ohw to srch 4 it . wanaa knw the list of transisitor which can drive the motor of 600mA . PLZ HELP.
