hi dear friends; i wanna construct a motor driver circuit using h bridge. but i couldnt decide which device i am ganna use mosfet or bjt? i wanna drive a motor 24v and 5 amps pulsing by plc pwm signals . i am waiting your opinion! take care from turkey

i need to driver circuit for a motor using PWM signal .. The motor that I'm going to control works with 24V and 4 amps and h bridge i am ganna use.. I don't have experience in this kind of project, so that I need some help with circuits and components. Thanks..
