the LM35 is conected to a ADC that gives me 0001 for 10 mv

i have a problem, im making a digital temperature proyect, i used a LM35 that equals 100mv to 10C*, and a analog to digital decoder, that makes it binary, and heres my problem When i try to display any temperature that surpasses 9, the display gives me the hexadecimal letters, how can i hook up 2 7 segment displays and and make it display 1 on a display and 0 on the other
