Does anyone know where I can buy small quanties of AM tuning diodes also known as varactors. I only need about 10. The type I am looking for should have a capacitance range as broad as possible. Or, as the spec. sheets say, as large a "capacitance ratio" as possible. I have some NTE 618s, but if possible I would like to get something that has a higher upper-end capacitance while keeping a very low bottom-end capacitance. A Philips BB212, or a TOKO KV1270NT, or a KEC KDV 149, are examples of what I am currently looking at. They are out there, but the vendors require large minimum orders and I don't want to invest that much. Of course if anyone has a better suggestion , I would appreciate it.
