Hi, Can someone help me find out the manufacture (or better still, the part number) of this part? I'm pretty sure it is a junction FET (field effect transistor) for RF/microwave small signal low-noise preamplifiers. It has 6 pins and its plastic body measured about 2.8 x 1.5mm. Probably it is made in Europe because other transistors on the board are from Siemens/Infineon. The only marking on it says "FGJP", as shown in the picture. Thanks and merry Christmas!!
