I finally found out what ND stands for its nippon denso I probly should have said that the chip was in an automotive ecu . Now I just have to find a data sheet for it. Thanks for the help.

Im tring to find witch manufacture has the initials nd. Its printed on top of the chip with the n and the d connected.
