1 a keyboard (connection to be decided..include it in your quote ..usb, serie , direct) the board creates a bmp or jpg files with what is entered on the keyboard and copy it to a CF card. 1x16LCD is used as display. i enter hello ...the lcd display hello ..i hit enter a BMP or JFP image is created with hello in black on white. needs to be as small as possible. 2 Same base but instead of having the info written to a CF card it is sent wirelessly (if possible) to a LED panel to display. need to stay on the LED display 10 seconds IF WIRELESS need to have switch to be able to choose the frequency to use.(3 choices )

i would like a circuit that does the following . as to be as small as possible. The board will control the power to a computer the circuit should be capable of outputing (regulated)12v 6amp to the computer it will take 3 sources . 2 12V batteries (A main 120Ah one and B 5Ah backup) + 12v DC from a 120v to 12v (10 to 20Amp) transformer. charge the 2 batteries when on AC stop the charge when done having the battery take over if the AC power fails (with A having priority over B) and have the AC back when online again B battery is always the last one to kick in ...if it does it bips. display the batteries level on a LCD (2x16) .
