Order placed by telephone, very professional and courteous. The surprise was the speed of the shipment. Though I chose regular ground shipping, Fedex delivered the TV in three business days. Email confirmation of the order was almost immediate, the only glitch was the link on the email pointed to UPS but the email clearly stated Fedex. No problem, using the Fedex tracking number, I was able to follow my shipment.
