nice option . . . but wud like 2 make one myself...

i want to make a 0to30 volt DC power supply....i should be able to vary the output voltage smoothly/continously(i.e. any value between 0 and 30) and not just in steps like 0-2-4-6...

Can anyone please guide me how to make a variable power supply???
