Mr. Hotdog

I would Like to build a large red LED sign using ultra-bright red LEDs that have a wide viewing angle. I'm looking at 12” high letters, up to 12 characters, power supply and PLC to constructed unit. Schmatics and a parts supplier would be most helpful.
