i use eagle to draw my schematic(SOIC to DIL socket 8pins) the chip holder now i have is a normal 8pins holder...for the ic chip(74xx). i want to do like this i create a schematic..edit>add>atmel>attiny15L>then i add another one IC package DIL-8(i don't wats different between DIL8 and DIL8S)...am i right?then i just connect the pin1 of ATTINY to pin1 of DIL8....is it? THANKS for your help!!

i want to fabricate a SOIC to DIL 8pins socket for my attiny chip on PCB.but i don't hows the schematic look like.can somebody help me ...raftly draw the diagram for me...the image look like below..but it is 16pins. or somebody know how to use eagle?because i found it in atmel lib.but i don't how to copy it to my blank project folder..i don't how to use eagle. pls help..THANKS!!!
