Hey guys just curious, how much of an EMP would you have to generate to disable a car from say about 20-30 meters away?

I have a serato SL1 sound card that i use for Djing in the clubs the only problem is it has a pretty low output Is it possible to replace the pre amps to higher gain ones? Or would this be more trouble than what its worth?
