i'am having problem to find this part s0314 datasheet,i think its a mosfet with 5 pin found in a viewsonic e70f+ monitor,found in the its power supply section. The only thing written on the cmponent is s0314.

please can anyone help me i'am searching for this monitor schematic ot service manual.
