  1. Post on the circuit request section. http://www.electronics-lab.com/forum/index.php?board=22.0
  2. You never posted a picture or Schematic. The Brand and Model number of the circuit would help us help you. Post all of the info you have.
  3. Maybe it killed the battery from too much load. Did you try a new battery?
  4. ummm what were we looking at? The nice picture in the background distracted me.
  5. Found this but no datasheet yet. Part Number = SC11011CV Manufacturer Name = Sierra Semiconductor Average Price = 2.76318 Description = Communication Interface Circuit - 2400bps Modem Controller Word Size = 8 Data Transfer Type (S/P) = Parallel Vsup Nom.(V) Supply Voltage = 5 Status = Discontinued Package = QCC-J Pins = 68 Military = N Technology = CMOS

  7. (Q)--Is a Shockley the same as a Schottky diode? (A)--No. A schottky diode is a fast switching diode with a low forward voltage drop. A shockley diode on the other hand, also known as a four layer diode, is a thyristor that switches once its breakover voltage is reached.
  8. Nice Datasheet. Here is a non electric Ceramic Resonator LOL
  9. Here is all I could find I don't know if it is the same as the part number has an extra digit. M51924P_FP_Mitsubishi.pdf

  13. Why Replace them? Capacitors of this type almost never go bad. Electroletics are a different animal.
  14. Datasheet can be found here Right click on the link and choose save as http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/39632c.pdf Here is the Application note page you have to go here and pick the application you want to save. http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1824&appnote=en025096 Datasheet 430 pages [attachment deleted by admin]
