  4. If you could make sequential turn signals for cars or control boxes for Christmas lights that would make some money. How about Sequential Leds that flash to the beat of the music and are built into a speaker for example.

  15. Well I looked at the Datasheet that I provided and here is what the Equivelent circuit looks like. It is not a dead short! It looks like the circuit switches the positive and negitive output.
