Are you sure it is a diode? Where did you get the numbers from? If you got it from the circuitboard C10 means it is a Capacitor and 300 is it's value in Picofarads or Microfarads.

I see what you are going thru with this Chip it is a tuff one. I will not give up so easily on it. Here is what I have related to it.
