  1. :)audio guru ive got the circuits for the ultrasonic bat detecter some where, i used to live in queensland australia and have seen large friut bats , even one with a wing span of 5ft from wing tip to wing tip, and and when i was a kid i was standing in the back yard watching a line of bats fly over in a strait line and about 20 feet wide and a kilometer long so silent and flying strait right over our house and there was hundreads and thousands of them, my uncle used to wrap tinsell, thats the stuff you put around your christmass tree, around his paw paw tree to deflect the friut bats radar so they cant home in on his paw paw tree
  2. :) with the diode method useing them as electrodes, im working on an idea of useing more diodes for each side , useing the large diodes as i did in the last exsperiment , constructing this to be adjustable so i can move them closer together. as you mentioned dazza, ive got the bits from my dead gas powerd soldering ion to so ill use this to be able to get the hydrogen gas out througth the old gas soldering iron nozzel peace, once i biuld the membrane part to separate the hydrogen from the oxygen , theres info ive collected before on hydrogen production where the hydrogen and oxygen are separated, and this other method dosent use the car chamios for the embrane, so this would be ok. as for stainlless steel for an electrode, stainlless steel wool for scrubing pots and pans is cheap to get . and then for more voltage and current ill be lqatter trying , a charged up parralell photo flash capacitor bank to see the results if any,

  5. her is the picture of the latest experiment i did last night, youll notice the really large diode i used as an electrode and the small plastic canister this one was used for containing the rubber gloves in the hair dyeing stuff my misses used to dye her hair with here in western australia, and in one of the pictures is the lid blown to peaces i put the remaining lid on to show the part thats missing
  6. audio guru who is docter emma is that the one on the movie back to the future, if you drop hammer on foot you have fresh new pain, much worce than previous pain that still lingers, so no matter what you drop on foot you will still feel the pain peek while other pain lingers , ha ha ha
  7. thankyou dazza we produced hydrogen in science class as for useing dish washing liuqiud to form the bubles and keep then contined ive seen that on tv years ago i think it was proffessor julius summer miller doing science demo s as for the acids i never used it except in the science lab back at high chool long time ago and hydrogen suposed to burn with a blue flame i think cant remember , its been such a long time ago, but produceing it with oxgen well it goes fast anyhow what do you think of my idea of useing diodes for electrodes , and the fact that the dislodgeing bubles drift across towards the other diode electrode in my exsperiments before poping instead of going up strait from the diode electrode, is that that normal and i used iodised salt saturated water which is not dangerous like acid , ive seen your posting of the power supply thing but cant remember if i looked at the schematic, ill have another look
  8. :) this is no circuit that dosent releave pain without contact to the body, except possibly one, but you can use magnets for magnetic healing, and try colliodal silver to ive posted that somewhere to in the forums

  10. :) ive just biult another plastic can type electrolysis exsperiment this time i used a fat 1n5408 diode for it i prepaird it the same way as before , the larger inner surface erea of the conductive matierial in it created more hydrogen and oxygen much faster after i set it all up and conected it to my battery for 7-8 miniutes i took it outside in the dark and removed a tiny blue tac that was covering the tiny vent hole i drilled at the top . the water in it was light black after 7 to 8 miniutes and i had eye gogles on for protection. outside i held it out at arms length and held a lite flame from my lighter close to the tiny hole at the top, in the dark when all of a sudden this loud bang, it happed so fast there was no sight of a flame or fire and yet i was still holding the canister with the diodes sticking out after the big bang, i dident even feel anything but the lid was gone, it should of poped of but it blew apart as i found a peace of it after i turned the outside light on. the light black colourd water was still in the canister i was holding
  11. :)ive just tried this exsperiment again this time i left it on my desk and under half an hour or less i went up to check it ,only to find the water with salt in it gone black so i put on my protection gogles and went outside and opened the lid that i put on it while it was on my desk, then i held the flame of my cigarette lighter near the opening and pop it went, so fast i dident see a thing not even the flame but it sure worked ill try it in the dark next time

  14. :) i just conducted a hydrogen production exsperiment useing a small plastic film can canister, and a diode yes diode , and some water and house hold electrolysed salt, now, on each side of the plastic film can i made a hole the diameter of the thick diode i used then i cut the diode in half exsposeing the metalic matierial at each half end then i inserted each half into each hole, then i sealed around each one with super glue, at first i used just the water and when i ran the postive diode half wire to the 12 volts lead acid cell battery positive terminal and the negative diode half wire to the battery negative i got bubles forming at the diode negative half but not the positive and there was activity of some kind at the negative metal end half of the diode as with my dome lense sitting on top of the plastic canister, i can view it easy this white fine bubles comeing up faster while the larger bubles that formed got bigger slowly then dislodged and drift half way across the water in the container, towards the positive diode half before poping, instead of going strait up , i then added the salt to it and the water went cloudy white and the activity of the fine bubles at the negative diode half, increased, and then the positive half diode started to do the same , and with the radio on down stairs i can still hear the bubles when i put my ears close to it, i then decided to try the flame and as i lifted up the dome lense and brought the lighter flame close i herd this puff like hydrogen igniting but it happend so fast i dident see the flame but the top half of the water above the negative diode half was coverd in a fine black stuff. and the metalic negative diode end was black to, which was easy to clean off with a cotton bud, the metalic ends of the diode halves was great at produceing this effect and with the house hold electrolysed salt together was like a catalyst in itself , i plan to double the amount of diode halfs for electrodes and run my high voltage charged up photo flash voltages through it next time . from my high voltage photo flash charged capacitors
  15. :)thankyou audio guru the pictures i took with cx6230 kodack easy share digital camera , im still working on the main high voltage photo flash capacitor charger with the battery and disc flyback and driver circuit all in the one. so as soon as i get the rest of the stuff i need ill put it together and post it into the topic , soon ill rackem, stack em ,pack em, and post em.
  16. :)unlike a pocket camera with a biult in flash as you switch it on you can hear that high pitch sound inside the camera get higher as the capacitor is chargeing up, well in this case the miniute i turn the driver circuit on its allready high pitch so i think it may be chargeing up at a higher frequency,
  17. :)in these pictures is another simple capacitor chargeing circuit i put together with about 5 parts, the 2 diode chain this time i used 2x 1n5404 this time they are rated at 3 amps 400 volts each and i used the same 1m 1/4 watt resister to the neon and on the other side i used the same 100 ohm resister, although the first circuit had 1n5408 diodes in it , this time i dident have any the same left so i tried these ones. i used peaces of a terminal block to secure the diode chain together then i super glued it beneath the lid of a spare circuit box i had, and i allso did the same to the resisters so its all stuck to the bottom of the lid, and i originally ran the input wires and capacitor wires out each end of the box through small holes but i ended up useing these screw terminals instead, as for the neon i dident have any with a 240 volts rateing left so i used a 110 volts one and i inserted it through a hole i drilled in the top ciricuit box lid, and then i secured it with some super glue, now the stick on letterings i put on the top of the box is phv= postitive high voltage input, this is from the disc shaped flyback transformer hv out. the next one is fbr= flyback return this is where the return from the flyback goes to, and nc= capacitor negative, this is where the wire from the high voltage photo flash capacitor negative goes to. and the last one is cp= capacitor positive where the positive wire from the high voltage photo flash capacitor runs to. now i used one of my 12 volts lead acid cell rechargeble battery, so i havent botherd to re measure the voltage in it before i tested it out, after i rigged my flyback driver circuit up to the battery then the flyback, and the rest of the wires to the circuit i then switched it on . this time the neon came on strait away and in the few seconds say 4 to turn it off the neon got brighter as if the capacitor charged up in the 4-5 seconds i then shorted the capacitor out useing a screw driver to find out. and it was, as i got the big pop as usual, so this charges up even faster in a few seconds i couldent beleave it at first but when i tried to time it, the second handle on my watch hadent even reached to the 5 seconds yet, i geuss it took the extra second to turn it off
