what i want is that it should continue in motion till it gets a signal reflected from front wall ,then makes a right turn sends signal again ,if no reception continues to move till intercepted by wall

hi ,frnds ,as a part of my b.tech, i would like to know wat ar the design procedures for making an auto path sensor movable structure, i.e it should run as long it gets i/p to its receiver led there by taking right turn,then again sending signal via i/r transmitter and receiving.
