  1. Hi Logon! How have you calculated this ratio?
  2. Here goes the description of my problem! I feel problem in accessing a page within a thread. For example if I have to go page 17 of 40 pages thread then I have to follow it sequentially. If any solution could be found then this site will become many folde easier to browse. Thanks.
  3. But I can't open more than 5/ 6 pages ata time, If I do, all of them disappear suddenly I have to start again. I don't know what the solution might be. I often get the problem " IExplorer has performed illegal operation and will be shut down by windows" :-[
  4. If you plan to do it yourself then please share the experience at this form. Thanks
  5. Hello Walid! I think temperature is the most critical criteria to stop charging. If u have lot of experience charging non-rech bats than u can tell us the avg time to charge common cells like AA, AAA or D. It will be usefull
  6. Hello Friends! Here is a link to an intresting article, showing procedure to convert ordinary LCD watch into a Wall Clock using light projection http://www.raphnet.net/divers/projection_clock/index_en.php
  7. Hello Xenobius! Can you tell us please which kind of source u r using for load test? A Generator, transformer or something elese..
  8. Hello Xenobius! I can remember something about the transformer properties. IT says To change the voltage level v1= (n1 / n2 )*v2 v1=secondary volts v2=primary volts n1=secondary turns n2=primary turns similarly it transfers impedence to the other side by! Z1 = Z2 * (n1 / n2)^2 Z2 = actual impedence at one end Z1 = Effective transffered resistence at other end. and u can variation in Z1 with either changing (n1/n2) or Z2 For fixed Z2, using a transformer with taps can help change turn ratio. An auto transformer can be used for the purpose. ( I have one in my REGULATOR with lot of taps and capable of voltage change upto 50%)
  9. Welcome Sendebad! Active filters are used almost in every analog design. For example audio amlifiers, data converter (A to D and D to A) interfacing circuits, sample and hold circuit, oscilators and so on.... You should refer any OP-AMP Applications book and it discusses a lot of applications. Also any data sheet and application of a certaian IC will help a lot ( u can c for LM741) This book can be helpfull to u (Operational_Amplifiers.rar) at http://www.electronics-lab.com/forum/index.php?topic=4808.msg29976#msg29976
  10. Hello Dears! I would request someone with enough time to search Semiconductor Manufacs Sites for Through Hole Packages(Like PDIP TO's) and make a list of these IC's. I think it will help many of us.
  11. Whenever I press download button It does nothing. A page opens to upload some file. Perhaps I have to first upload and then dnload ;) Anyhow the site seems annoying. Can this site provide a shared password to over form? Hain Ante?
  12. Hello Friends! I want to have all types of electronics related data(especially e-books) in soft form.
  13. Thanks for the title. But I am unable to download it from corresponding site. When I do "Save As" it gives no response..
  14. Oh! That was just a joke. However, like audioguru, I also request to upload the book if someone has it.
  15. Audioguru, your electronics is vry strong. What is ur major source of knowledge? :-\ Would u like to recommend a good book/study material to me to study. I feel great defficiencies here (although I am BS Electronics engg). Thanks!
  16. Don't worry! I put my services to be the moderator. Just tell me what a moderator does. Perhaps, entice newbies for a tempting title and then flee away! :D
  17. I had the same problem last days but I thought that my favourite site has got an entry in the black list of my ISP ;D ;D. (as most of those fool sites do). But I am satisfied now that it was not the case. I suspect logan_dslasher's picture can cause problems for me any time that way too! Logan I would ask u to change that sign pic of yours
  18. Audioguru u mentioned these methods to avoid acoustic feedback/hawling. 1. hybrid transformer 2. voice switching 3. acoustical echo canceller 4. two-opamps bridge circuit Kindly give the info about last two techniques and provide circuits of possible. Thank u
  19. Actually I am annoyed with those bulky high current transformers. Therefore any circuit which doesn't require a transformer is a SOPHISTICATED circuit to me. I am looking for high capacity, high voltage non-polar caps to increase current capability.
  20. There r IC's specifically used for dig. data transmission/reception. TRF6903 (TX+RX) is one such from TI. U can ask them for samles.
  21. If u r powering the sircuit from AC supply, this circuit might help u for dual supply operation.
  22. What is function of SW1? Which Amplifier IC used in ckt?
