RPM limiter

Hi!

There was a project called "Speed-limit alert" in "Automotive" gategory. Has anyone modified it to act like a RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) limiter or do you know where can I find that kind of specs?

This RPM limiter shoud be:
- adjustable with Slider Switch (both MAX_RPM and some LOWER_RPM to limit engine's RPM in the start)
- this LOWER_RPM limiter should work only when driver push the button, else MAX_RPM is the limiter that works

Please help me to find this kind of solutions! I really need it in my other hobby.
