The diode/capacitor set make up a VARACTOR, or varicap. Although these used to be made up from the individual parts, you can purchase them in a single package today. A varactor is a diode that behaves like a variable capacitor, with the PN junction functioning like the dielectric and plates of a common capacitor. I have attached a diagram of the symbol used for this device.

I replaced it with 1S2471 and it's working well. :D

@MP
VARICAP Diode mostly used in RF circuit for tuning..
I'm not aware which part you refer.

Rhonn ;) ;)

Rhonn, the diode is not quite as critical in this setup as the capacitor. The diode function is secondary. Capacitor value is critical, though. This setup is used in conjunction with all of your PNP transistors.
Since you asked: ;)
When a reverse voltage is applied to a PN junction , the holes in the p-region are attracted to the anode terminal and electrons in the n-region are attracted to the cathode terminal creating a region where there is little current. This region, the depletion region, is essentially devoid of carriers and behaves as the dielectric of a capacitor. The depletion region increases as reverse voltage across it increases; and since capacitance varies inversely as dielectic thickness, the junction capacitance will decrease as the voltage across the PN junction increases. So by varying the reverse voltage across a PN junction the junction capacitance can be varied. (typically, the depletion region width is proportional to the square root of the applied voltage, and capacitance is inversely proportional to the depletion region width. This causes the capacitance to be inversely proportional to the square root of applied voltage.) This nonlinearity allows the varactor to be used also as a harmonic generator. A voltage controlled capacitance is useful for tuning applications.
