Anyone looking for a inverter, usually wants to POWER something from it. ;D

No link, no spec's, no price and not even any pictures.
Maybe it is powered by watch batteries and they don't want to admit that a 1W load overloads it!

He did mention that they were popular in China 8). Maybe that's why they don't think they need a good marketing strategy ::).

It is simply a language barrier. The use of e-mail is popular so that they can translate the message easier. English is obviously not their main language.
