Codyhtml
Hi I Need Help Fast I Have a old computer power suply and i want to get a 24 V Corrent from it But i can't affored a transformer ??? :'(
Guest Kasamiko
Hi you can try this one..Unusual application of TDA2004 Power Amp. IC"There are often occasions when a higher direct voltage is required than an available battery can provide. In many such cases, the circuit described can offer the solution. It can raise 6 V to 12 V or 12 V to 24 V."rhonn ;) ;)
Guest Yevgenip
Be sure to remember, even though you raise the voltage, you lower the amps - don't try to put something heavy on the output. ;)
Kevin Weddle
Very interesting use of the opamps. This is a square wave oscillator I believe. It also looks like you have clamped a voltage. The diodes are shottkey not zener. If I am not mistaken the oscillation ocurrs at the mains frequency. That is the frequency being amplified. ante
Kevin, this is an audio amplifier IC http://www.tde.lth.se/ugradcourses/elektronik/pdf/2004.pdf not an op-amp. The diodes are Schottky diodes that are fast and have a low voltage drop.
