Naw_S Posted May 20, 2005 Report Posted May 20, 2005 i'am having problem to find this part s0314 datasheet,i think its a mosfet with 5 pin found in a viewsonic e70f+ monitor,found in the its power supply section.The only thing written on the cmponent is s0314. Quote
