shaiqbashir Posted July 7, 2005 Report Posted July 7, 2005 Hi Guys!im facing a terrible problem here. I have designed a circuit that works very well according to my software simulation. Remember im using MULTISIM 2001 for the circuit simulation. But when i tried to make the same ciruit on my breadboard, it just didnt give me the same results, infact some totally unexpected results were obtained and my objective was not obtained. Can plz u tell me what may be the problem? Quote
gsmaster Posted July 7, 2005 Report Posted July 7, 2005 Simulation is always simulation and it is very difficult to get exactly the same results in theory and on the breadboard. Have you used the ideal components of the multisim library or the typical library with possible tolerance?? Quote
audioguru Posted July 8, 2005 Report Posted July 8, 2005 If your circuit operates at high frequencies, have you included the breadboard's capacitance between tracks, and the inductance of its jumper wires into your simulation? Quote
