audioguru Posted November 15, 2005 Report Share Posted November 15, 2005 Hi Meee,The beta is shown on all transistor's datasheets and is called "hFE".The dynamic resistance is called "impedance" and is shown on only a few transistor's datasheets. The impedances are affected by temperature, voltage, current and frequency.Fairchild's 2N3904 datasheet shows a graph of the Input Impedance of a common-emitter transistor without an emitter resistor. They also show a graph of the reciprical its output impedance called Output Admittance.
