Increased voltage!

Hi prateeksikka!

I don't know if you read my post about bad ground at the distribution transformer, in my country they put a big plate in the ground close to the transformer this ground become the neutral. So what happen "if" the  soil has low conductivity... voltage drop is the answer. If you get 230 when you put a grounding rod in to the ground it proves that something is very very wrong, can't belive that they use to thin conductor for the neutral.
