Screamtruth Posted January 4, 2006 Report Posted January 4, 2006 I have a few gas detector driver cards that have TSV's. How do they differ from the standard Zener diodes? I have found a few publications on the web from the different providers, but haven't found the answer to this simple question. By the way, the particular diode on our base PCB's are P6KE30's. I assume they are a 30 volt reverse standoff voltage. Thanks, ST :o Quote
